Tech Support Our Network Operation Center (NOC) is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our highly skilled Certified NOC staff are available 24 hours a day to answer any technical support issues that our customers may have. We use advanced SNMP based network monitoring tools such as HP Openview, and CiscoWorks to proactively monitor our backbone and our client's connections and equipment.
